In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "666pkr" — refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 666pkr.vip, operated under an international gaming licence.
• "Platform" — means the 666pkr website, its mobile-optimised interface , any applications, and all services offered therein.
• "Player" / "You" — refers to any individual who registers or uses a 666pkr account.
• "Account" — means the registered user profile created by a Player on the 666pkr Platform.
• "Balance" — means the total PKR funds held in a Player's 666pkr Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any bonus funds separately designated.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a casino game, sports event, or any other betting market offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" — means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including submission of government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.
• "AML" — means Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures that 666pkr is obligated to maintain under its international gaming licence.

By accessing the 666pkr Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the 666pkr Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 666pkr with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, discussions, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

To register and maintain a 666pkr Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute and non-negotiable requirement. 666pkr operates strict age verification checks at registration and reserves the right to request certified documentary proof of age — such as a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence — at any point during the account lifecycle.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are registering with accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false, misleading, or fictitious details — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are not prohibited from accessing online gaming services under any applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, consultant, contractor, or immediate family member of a 666pkr employee or affiliated entity.
• You do not already hold an existing 666pkr Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account. Duplicate registrations will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

666pkr reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that eligibility criteria have not been met or may no longer be met.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 666pkr Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

• You must notify 666pkr support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, loss of your login credentials, or any other security compromise.
• 666pkr will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• 666pkr recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number for additional Account security.
• You must not access your Account or place any wagers from a shared, public, or unsecured device or network without taking appropriate precautions.
• Any activity carried out using your Account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until 666pkr has been formally notified of a security breach and has taken action to restrict the Account.

666pkr supports PKR-denominated deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party transactions are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed in the 666pkr cashier at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed after successful completion of KYC identity verification. 666pkr reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals above threshold amounts.
• 666pkr targets same-day processing for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals under standard verification conditions. Processing times for HBL, UBL, and SadaPay may vary. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.
• 666pkr does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees from its side; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges independent of 666pkr.
• Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are credited instantly to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt by 666pkr's payment systems.
• Chargebacks, reversals, and disputed transactions will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation. 666pkr reserves the right to recover any amounts subject to fraudulent chargebacks from available Account balances.

666pkr offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players. All bonuses are governed by these general Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (for sports bonuses) are set out in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your Account. Real-money funds are used for wagering before bonus funds unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• 666pkr reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or in breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• 666pkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

All sports wagers and casino game results on the 666pkr Platform are governed by the following general rules, supplemented by sport-specific and game-specific rules published in the Platform's Help section:

• A wager is deemed accepted and binding only once a confirmation reference number has been displayed or transmitted to the Player. Verbal or informal confirmations carry no binding effect.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds or game parameters — including pricing errors arising from data feed failures — 666pkr reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Player's Account.
• For cricket betting markets, including PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series, and other domestic competitions, 666pkr follows standard international settlement rules. Matches that are abandoned or not completed within the timeframe specified in the market rules will be settled void unless stated otherwise.
• Live in-play wagers are accepted at the discretion of 666pkr's trading systems. Odds during live events are subject to change without notice. Once a wager is confirmed at a displayed price, that price is locked regardless of subsequent movement.
• Maximum win limits per wager and per day apply. These limits are published in the Platform's betting rules documentation and may be updated from time to time.
• 666pkr reserves the right to limit the wagering activity of any Account — including imposing reduced stake limits — where it has reason to believe the Account poses an unusual or elevated risk profile.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 666pkr Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one Account, or operating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, fabricated, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any software tool to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other Players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in any game or platform feature. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void and will not be paid.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage wagering, or any systematic practice designed to abuse bonus terms or guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account credentials or Account balance to any other party.
• Colluding with other Players, whether in live casino games or any other interactive game format.
• Placing wagers on events in which you have direct personal influence or insider knowledge in a manner prohibited by applicable sporting integrity rules.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, using VPNs, proxies, or any other method to obscure your true location.

666pkr is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming provisions are integral to these Terms and are binding on all Players:

• You acknowledge that gambling is a form of entertainment and not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.
• You confirm that you are not gambling with funds required for essential living expenses, debt repayment, or any financial obligation to a third party.
• You confirm that you are not suffering from any gambling addiction or disorder that makes participation in online gaming harmful to your wellbeing.
• All Players have access to responsible gaming tools in their Account settings, including daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days, and permanent self-exclusion.
• If you wish to self-exclude from 666pkr, please contact our support team via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed for the nominated exclusion period.
• 666pkr support staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling. Players identified as showing such signs may be contacted by our Responsible Gaming team and may have their Account restricted for their own protection.

All content on the 666pkr Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, trademarks, trade names, and service marks — is the proprietary property of 666pkr or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, transmit, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of 666pkr.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 666pkr's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 666pkr shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform.
• 666pkr does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect access to the Platform and certain services.
• 666pkr shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events, regulatory action, or payment network outages.

666pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any associated balance, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 666pkr.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity.
• Chargebacks initiated against 666pkr by the Player's payment provider.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or a regulatory authority.
• Detection of duplicate Account registration.
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age.

Where an Account is closed by 666pkr for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (net of any voided bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 666pkr support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending wager settlements will be completed before the Account balance is disbursed.

666pkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, customer support, responsible gaming monitoring, and where you have provided consent, marketing communications. 666pkr does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

666pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 666pkr will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Account.

Your continued use of the 666pkr Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform immediately and may request Account closure as described in Section 12 above.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 666pkr holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be resolved in accordance with the following procedure:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaints: You must first submit a formal written complaint to 666pkr via the in-account support system. 666pkr will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints procedure, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by 666pkr's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available on request from 666pkr support.
• Step 3 — Legal Proceedings: Only after exhausting Steps 1 and 2 may either party seek resolution through formal legal proceedings in the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this Section limits 666pkr's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorised use of the Platform.
